Grouting Water-Stop Materials

Product Introduction

The grouting water-stop material is a powdery inorganic material compounded by specific processes, which consists of ultra-fine cement, mineral admixtures, high-performance admixtures, anti-dispersants, silica fume, etc.

The material slurry is injected into the cracks of water-seeping coal and rock masses through special grouting equipment. After setting at a predetermined time, it plays a role in reinforcement and water-stopping.

Performance Characteristics

Good fluidity and strong penetration.

Fast setting and high early strength.

Good anti-dispersibility underwater.

Green and environmentally friendly, pollution-free.

Scope of Application

Borehole wall protection, plugging, and reinforcement in geological drilling.

Crack plugging and anti-seepage in water conservancy and hydropower projects.

Working scenarios such as water inrush and gushing in mining engineering.

Water plugging and filling in mines and tunnels when encountering waterless or static water karst caves and jointed fractured rock masses.
