ZYL-17000/15000/12000DZ Engineering Drills for Coal Mines

This series of drilling rigs are full-hydraulic driven crawler-mounted fully automated directional drilling rigs. They feature high torque, a reasonable rotational speed range, strong feeding and pull-out capabilities, a simple structure, a rational layout, and high transmission efficiency. The drilling rigs adopt electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, realizing the automation of main operation processes such as drilling rig operation and drill pipe loading and unloading. This reduces the labor intensity of drill pipe loading and unloading during the drilling process and improves the automated construction level of directional drilling rigs. 


The operation of the drilling rig can achieve the separation of the operator from the machine. Operators can complete the drilling operation in a relatively safe working environment. The drilling rig is equipped with pressure sensors for measuring power output, encoders for measuring rotational speed and feeding displacement, and liquid level and temperature sensors for measuring liquid level and temperature. Multiple sensors for detecting the positions of drill pipes and robotic arms are installed on the automatic pipe loading mechanism. Drill pipe loading and unloading and automatic drilling can be fully automated with one - key operation through the automatic control system. It is also possible to use a remote control to remotely operate the movement of the drilling rig, drill pipe loading and unloading, spindle rotation, drilling and pulling, and other actions.
