ZYL25000/620DSX Type Above-Ground and Underground Integrated Kilometer Directional Drilling Rig

        The integrated drilling rig features a modular design with a compact structure. It moves on crawler tracks and can turn in place. It is equipped with detachable components such as the mast, hoisting winch, coring winch, etc., and a slewing center that can be switched between the front and rear positions. When the slewing center is in the front position, in conjunction with the mast, winch, etc., it is suitable for engineering drilling operations like core exploration, geological survey, and hydrogeological well drilling, as well as in working conditions with narrow spaces such as mountainous areas and hilly regions. The power head can move laterally to clear the borehole opening, and the borehole opening angle ranges from 45° to 90°. When the slewing center is at the rear, after detaching the mast, winch, etc., it can be used for various nearly horizontal directional drilling operations in coal mines, including gas extraction, grouting reinforcement, water exploration and drainage, etc. The borehole opening angle ranges from -10° to +20°. For underground construction, the height of the roadway or the drilling site should be greater than 3m, the width should be greater than 4.5m, and the cross-sectional area should be greater than 12 square meters. The supporting products of this drilling rig include mud pump trucks, downhole motors, measurement-while-drilling devices, intelligent drilling tools, etc.


        In addition, for the three types of drilling rigs, namely water well drilling rigs, vehicle-mounted drilling rigs, and petroleum drilling rigs, the water-to-vertical ratio is basically around 2:1, and they cover a large area. The water-to-vertical ratio of this drilling rig can reach around 7:1, and it has a relatively small volume, presenting significant advantages.
