The power integration system of the polar drilling site is a highly integrated and complex system that can adapt to extreme environmental conditions. It provides stable power support to achieve sustainable drilling operations and offers more stable and efficient power support for drilling operations in harsh environments such as the polar regions. The designed power system supplies reliable electricity for two sets of devices, namely the polar air drilling circulation integration system and the polar drilling fluid circulation integration system, as well as all the equipment at the drilling site, including the drilling rig.

          Since this product is not limited to the Antarctic region but can also be applied to areas with harsh environments and difficult energy supply, such as high mountains and deserts. When conducting drilling operations for geological exploration, resource extraction, scientific research, etc. in these areas, the power integration system can provide stable power support for the drilling equipment.

              (1) It is integrated in a standard 20-yard container, and the transportation mass of a single unit does not exceed 4 tons, which is convenient for transportation and hoisting.

              (2) It can use diesel oil and aviation kerosene as fuels, directly output a voltage of 380V, and has a power of 2*300kW (10, 20, 50, 90, 180kW).

              (3) Steel materials resistant to low temperatures are adopted. It has the ability to resist strong winds and snow disasters in the wild, has good environmental adaptability, and can operate stably in a low-temperature environment below -45°C.
