Polar Drilling Fluid Circulation Integration System

     The polar drilling fluid circulation integration system is a supporting system used during drilling operations in polar environments. Its design and functions take into account the special conditions of the polar environment. It is mainly composed of a cooling system, an injection system, a solid-liquid separation system, and a parameter monitoring system. Its core feature lies in the efficient recycling of drilling fluid, which reduces the waste of liquid resources. This system ensures the continuous and stable progress of drilling operations under extreme climatic conditions by precisely controlling the flow rate and direction of the drilling fluid. In addition, the advanced filtration, purification, and separation technologies it adopts effectively reduce the accumulation of solid particles (ice chips, cuttings) during the drilling process, thus improving the drilling efficiency and protecting the drilling environment. This system has better cold resistance, stability, and reliability, and can be applied to drilling construction in extremely cold regions.

(1) It is integrated in a standard 20-yard container, and the transportation mass of a single unit does not exceed 4 tons, making it convenient for various transportation methods such as vehicle transportation, ship transportation, and air transportation, as well as hoisting.

(2) The operating voltage is 380V, and the power is 50kW.

(3) The maximum output liquid flow rate is 7.0 m³/h. Users can control the temperature of the drilling fluid according to the drilling needs, and it can be adjusted within the range of -15 to 5°C (the highest is the ambient temperature). It can monitor drilling parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate in real time.

(4) Steel materials resistant to low temperatures are used. It has the ability to resist strong winds and snow disasters in the wild, has good environmental adaptability, and can operate stably in a low-temperature environment below -45°C.

(5) It enables remote monitoring and control.
