Tailings Filling Curing Agent

Product Introduction

The tailings filling curing agent refers to a general term for a cementitious material used in mine filling. It is mainly made from materials containing aluminosilicate mineral components such as cement, mineral powder, fly ash, and phosphorous slag micro-powder, and is compounded under the action of activators and water reducers. According to different main materials, it can be divided into cement-based curing agents, mineral powder-based curing agents, and fly ash-based curing agents. When in use, it can solidify various solid waste materials such as tailings and coal gangue. During filling construction, the ratio of solid waste to the curing agent is 3 - 10:1, which has a low cost and high environmental and economic benefits.
