Shaanxi Taihe Intelligent Inspection Co., Ltd. was established on September 18, 2024. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Taihe Intelligent Drilling Co., Ltd., it is a third-party institution mainly engaged in the inspection and testing of metal materials and products, as well as the mechanical, metallographic and chemical inspection and testing of steel products.The inspection company has a total of 10 employees, including 1 senior engineer, 1 engineer, and several assistant engineers; there is 1 master's degree holder and 7 bachelor's degree holders. It has its own inspection and testing site of 100 square meters and more than 14 sets of equipment, covering inspection items such as room temperature tension, bending, shearing, flattening, impact (including low temperature), Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness, metallographic analysis and chemical analysis (spark direct reading).
Our company's predecessor was the Inspection and Testing Center of Shaanxi Taihe Intelligent Drilling Co., Ltd. The laboratory was established in March 2022. On January 3, 2023, the system documents compiled in accordance with CNAS CL01-2018 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) and other documents were officially promulgated. On April 19, 2024, the company obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), which indicates that the reports issued by the Inspection and Testing Center can be recognized by countries that have international multilateral mutual recognition agreements.
On September 30, 2024, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, regulations and guidelines such as the "Assessment Criteria for the Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Institutions", the "Administrative Measures for the Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Institutions", the "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China", the "Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China", and GB/T 27025-2019, our company revised and replaced the original system documents (Version A/0). This laid a good foundation for the subsequent application for the qualification recognition of inspection and testing institutions.The quality policy of our company is: fair behavior, scientific methods, accurate data, and efficient work.
