Product Introduction
CLS - 60M Open-hole Comprehensive Logging System is suitable for formation evaluation of highly deviated wells, horizontal wells, extended - reach wells, and complex wells. It can solve the problem that tools cannot be directly sent to the target layer due to blockage/sticking or excessive friction. In addition to conventional logging items (such as acoustic transit time, resistivity, natural gamma, compensated neutron, compensated density, borehole diameter, and hole deviation), it also offers special logging items (such as gamma ray spectroscopy, array acoustic, and array induction).
Main Technical Features
Selectable Modes: You can freely switch among three modes: pumped - out (memory), drill - conveyed (memory), and cable - logging (real - time transmission).
Flexible Operation: Pumped - out operations can be carried out by dropping a bar, dropping a ball, or through numerical control.
Wide Environmental Adaptability: High - performance materials (stainless steel/titanium alloy), components, and sensors are used. Without a thermos flask design, it can work in an environment of 150℃/140MPa for a long time.
High Data Security: Logging data is backed up twice. Data security is especially important in the pumped - out mode.
Fast Data Processing: After logging is completed, data export and processing can be finished within 2 hours.
Standby Energy - Saving Mode: When the drilling tool is being lowered, the system is in the standby energy - saving mode. The standby state is released after the delay time ends, saving about 40% of battery energy consumption.
Standard Radiation Source: The standard 5700 radiation source with the largest global inventory is used, eliminating the need for customization.
Applicable Scenarios
Well conditions with a large wellbore inclination: In cases where the drilling tool cannot be lowered by gravity due to a large wellbore inclination.
Well conditions with a large wellbore displacement: Situations where it is difficult for a crawler to tow the tool due to a large wellbore displacement.
Complex well conditions with formation fracturing, softness, and collapse: Such as those prone to blockage and sticking, including formations that are broken, soft, or likely to collapse.
Harsh well conditions after repeated operations: Repeated operations like unblocking, releasing stuck tools, fishing, and plugging leakage, etc.
Ultra - small wellbores with a diameter of less than 4 inches.
