Characteristics

The surface of the U95 cutting pick is smooth and free from any cracks in the weld area or at the joint surface between the solder and base material. The teeth feature a petal-shaped shoulder, making it suitable for medium to heavy duty operations in mining areas with rocky terrain and complex geological conditions.

S135 cutting pick is a special cutting teeth, hard rock cutting teeth, suitable for very hard, highly corrosive rock conditions. Grade 9 to 14 hard rock, sandstone, quartzite and so on, can be effectively cut. In addition, the cutting pick have high temperature spark resistance, high speed wear resistance, rapid replacement and other characteristics.

Functions

Mine cutting pick is one of the wearing parts in coal mining and roadway tunneling machinery, and is the main tool for coal mining and coal crushing. The material of the cutter body is mostly 42CrMo, 35CrMnSi and other steels; the hardness of the cutter body is 4045HRC, and the impact toughness is not less than 49J/cm2. The cutting pick bears high periodic compressive stress, shear stress and impact load when working. The models of coal cutting pick are roughly divided into S series and U series.
