The project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone (Gaoling) of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The total planned land area is 61,010.26 square meters (about 91 mu), and the total building area is 55,727.89 square meters, with a heating/cooling building area of 21,577.57 square meters. The R&D building, factory office area, dormitories, and canteen adopt centralized cooling and heating. A shallow geothermal heat pump heating and cooling scheme is used, and a central air-conditioning system is applied at the end.

Project Highlights:

① It features multi-energy load coupling, multi-network integration, diversified energy storage, and distributed integration, forming an "Integrated Heaven and Earth" green central air-conditioning energy system.

② Technologically, it leads the new development of multi-element coupling of shallow geothermal energy in the "Integrated Heaven and Earth" model.
