The project is located in the Fengdong Specialized, Refined, Peculiar and New Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park in Xixian New Area, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The total building area is 49,227.64 square meters, and the heating/cooling main building area is 36,571 square meters. Centralized cooling and heating are set up in the factory headquarters building, factory office area, dormitories and canteen. A multi - energy coupling scheme of shallow geothermal heat pump + water chiller + cooling tower is adopted, and the end - use is central air - conditioning + five - constant system.

Project Highlights:

① The design of heat response tests with different borehole depths is optimized, reducing the workload of buried holes by 35,000 meters and saving about 2.6 million yuan in investment.

② 40 boreholes with a depth of 315 meters are laid, ranking among the top in the buried pipe depth in the province.

③ A drilling scheme for small - spacing cluster holes to prevent inclination and achieve high verticality is designed.

④ The "geothermal + five - constant" system is adopted to create a green and comfortable living and working environment in the "Fengdong Headquarters".
